"After 20+ years of being a devoted client and 30+ years for my mother, we no longer will be doing business with Richard. Should have left long ago. Lack of accountably and an attitude as if we are putting him and his staff out. Found another agent with State Farm who goes over and beyond to make sure we understand and are happy."
